Help Desk Calls are answered by TrueNetwork's own centralized support staff whom manage the call through to the final resolution.
Blocked Time can be pre-paid on a per incident, montly or yearly basis to suit your support requirements as a convenience to small and medium size businesses.
Phone Support Fees are based upon successful problem resolutions, no charge will be assessed if a satisfactory resolution is not found.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club are welcome.
In addition to formal training, TrueNetwork Help Desk Analysts are periodically reassigned to other operational areas to ensure that they are kept up to date with all the latest applications and technologies.
